At AARANYA by ADITHYA, every jewelry piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewelry, we maintain a strict return policy.

No Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Personal dislike

• Product not suiting individual preference

• Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences

• Minor finishing variations common in handcrafted or traditional jewelry

All purchases made on our website are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims

Refund or replacement is applicable only if:

• The product is physically damaged during transit, or

• An incorrect product has been delivered

A clear and uninterrupted 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

The video must:

• Start before opening the sealed package

• Clearly show the shipping label

• Capture the complete unboxing process

• Clearly display the damaged or incorrect product

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Time Frame for Claims

All claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

Refund or Replacement Process

Once the claim is reviewed and approved:

• A replacement will be issued, subject to stock availability, or

• A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refund or replacement will not be provided for:

• Damage caused due to improper handling

• Exposure to water, perfume, sweat, or chemicals

• Breakage due to force or mishandling

• Normal wear and tear

Customers are advised to follow proper jewelry care instructions.

AARANYA by ADITHYA reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
